Acceptance Steps

Complete JUBOH Scholarship Application

Each student must complete the JUBOH Scholarship application by August 1, 2024. Please note, this application will take roughly 30-45 minutes to complete. We encourage you to have your HS Transcript, College Acceptance Letter and headshot readily available as they are required to complete the application.Students will receive a confirmation email via the email they provided on the application within 3-5 business days.

To receive the JUBOH Foundation Youth Leadership Scholarship Award, students must meet the following criteria:

Participated in the JUBOH Foundation Youth Scholar Program in High School for at least 1 year. (exception made for c/o 2024 JUBOH Youth Scholars)
Attend an accredited university or trade school.
Maintain a 3.2 GPA or higher each quarter.
Exhibit exemplary behavior.
Participate in four quarterly continuing education check-ins per year

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

Distribution of Funds

All scholarships will be distributed quarterly at $500 per quarter. This distribution structure allows our Board to monitor the success of each student throughout the school year and ensure continued eligibility. Scholarship distribution will begin in January 2025 and continue until the full $5,000 scholarship is awarded.

In August 2024, the JUBOH Foundation will announce all recipients of the JUBOH Foundation Youth Leadership Scholarships.
Each awarded student will receive a scholarship agreement letter acknowledging the responsibilities of the scholarship.
The JUBOH Foundation team will request grades during Q3 and Q4 of the 2024 school year.
Scholarship distributions will begin in January 2025, with funds distributed via check.
